Return & Refund Policy
The customer has the right to request a product exchange or return within 14 days from the date of order receipt, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Exchange or Return Conditions:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
The company reserves the right to reject an exchange or return request if the product is found to be used or damaged due to misuse. -
If the customer wishes to exchange or return without a manufacturing defect (change in purchase preference), the shipping costs for the initial delivery will be deducted, and the customer will bear the shipping costs for the exchange or return process.

If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, the company will bear the shipping costs for the exchange or return.

The returned product will be inspected by Al Watania Steel's quality team to determine if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or other reasons, in accordance with approved inspection standards.

Customer service must be contacted within the specified return period to request an exchange or return.

Once approved, the shipping steps and refund procedures will be explained to the customer.
Any due amounts will be refunded, if applicable, after receiving and inspecting the product, in accordance with the payment method used at the time of purchase.
